This is a high quality sapphire crystal for Rolex DateJust 36mm / DayDate 36mm / Submariner models.
The cyclops has blue AR coating (anti reflective) and correct magnification of 2.5 (see date photo).

Its comes complete with gasket - standard size 2.3mm but you can select gasket size
